How do I book a service?

To book a service, request a quote and receive a link to our booking calendar.

If you are new to Aniche Scholar, book a free 20 minute session to discuss what we offer by completing this form or emailing us at helloaniche@gmail.com.

All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, and payment must be made only after the consultant has confirmed availability.

How long does it take to receive feedback on my document?

Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours from the scheduled booking. However, this may vary based on the document’s length and complexity, along with the consultant's availability. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the turnaround time.

PRICING AND POLICIES

How much does the service cost?

One-on-one consultations cost US$85 per hour.
Reviews of proposals, dissertations, and thesis chapters are quoted based on the document’s word count. The starting price is US$85 for 0 - 1600 words.

What are your payment policies?

All service fees for document reviews must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking.
All service fees for one-on-one consultations must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking.
Payments are accepted via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled.

What is your rescheduling policy?

Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost. To do so, please contact us in writing at helloaniche@gmail.com.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund or complimentary rescheduling, except under exceptional circumstances. Requests must be submitted in writing to helloaniche@gmail.com.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will incur a 50% penalty.
Missed sessions are non-refundable. We value your time and ours. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and availability for all clients.
Delivered services are non-refundable

ACADEMIC INTEGRITY AND ETHICS

Do you provide ghostwriting or custom paper writing?

No. We strictly adhere to university ethical guidelines and do not offer ghostwriting, content creation, or custom paper writing. Our services are designed to support and empower students in developing their own research.

Our goal is to help our clients feel genuinely proud of their academic achievements and, over time, become confident and independent researchers. This journey of empowerment is only possible through ethical guidance and active engagement. Services such as ghostwriting, content creation, or custom paper writing are strictly prohibited, as they violate academic integrity, undermine the learning process and limit opportunities for genuine personal and career growth.

Do you guarantee specific grades or academic success?

No. We provide high-quality feedback, but we do not guarantee specific grades or academic outcomes. Success depends on factors including research originality, successful implementation of all feedback, adherence to university guidelines, and client effort.

Do you offer editing, proofreading, or statistical analysis?

No. While we provide structured feedback on academic writing, we do not offer proofreading, editing, or statistical analysis. Our focus is on research clarity, coherence, and alignment with academic standards. We also assess the strengths of arguments and assist with developing a more critical analysis of the topic.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

How do you ensure confidentiality?

All client documents and personal information are handled with strict confidentiality.
We do not share client work with third parties under any circumstances.
Aniche Scholar uses Google Workspace, which provides encryption for stored and transmitted data. Only authorised consultants have access to client files.
Client documents are securely stored in Google Drive with controlled access and encryption.

Do you sign confidentiality agreements (NDAs) with clients?

While our standard policy ensures strict confidentiality, we understand that some clients may require additional assurance. If needed, we are open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request to formalise confidentiality commitments. Clients can provide their own NDA, or we can issue one upon request.

What are my responsibilities as a client?

Clients must submit documents at least one hour before their scheduled review.
Clients must ensure that their work complies with academic integrity policies, including proper citations and original research.
Clients must diarise online consultation times and to be courteous to other clients, ensure that they enter the session on time.

Respectful Communication

Clients are expected to engage with consultants in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner at all times. Harassment, discrimination, impolite or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and can result in the termination in the relationship with the company.

Ethical engagement

We uphold the highest academic integrity and ethical standards. Clients must not request services that involve plagiarism, misrepresentation of authorship, or any form of academic dishonesty.

Requests for ghostwriting, content creation, or custom paper writing services will not be tolerated. These may result in a termination of the relationship between the client and the company.

Mutual Respect and Accountability

We value mutual respect and accountability. Clients are responsible for timely communication, meeting agreed deadlines, and honouring the agreed scope of work.

The quality and success of the final outcome are directly influenced by the client's level of engagement, responsiveness, and commitment throughout the consulting journey.

Outcomes are also shaped by the client's effort to address all feedback thoroughly and to seek clarification or additional support where needed.

Why choose Aniche Scholar instead of AI tools for research support?

Good question.

While AI tools can assist with grammar checks, editing, and basic structuring, they lack the critical thinking, subject-specific expertise, and ethical considerations required for postgraduate research. Their effectiveness also depends heavily on the quality of input or prompts given, requiring a certain level of research expertise to yield meaningful results.

At Aniche Scholar, you will work with a consultant who holds a PhD in a Management discipline, and will provide personalised, in-depth feedback tailored to your research objectives. We focus on teaching students how to refine arguments and improve clarity to ensure their work aligns with academic standards. Our goal is to equip clients with the skills to develop their own research effectively, with an aim to provide long-term value that extends into their professional careers. With enough reviews and sessions, our hope is that you will be equipped and empowered enough to rely less and less on such services in future.

Unlike AI, which can generate misleading or incorrect information (hallucinations), we ensure accuracy and adherence to university guidelines. Students who are not yet advanced in research may struggle to detect AI-generated errors, making it easier for supervisors to identify misuse, potentially damaging the supervisor-student relationship and trust. Additionally, AI-generated content may be flagged for academic misconduct, whereas our mentorship ensures originality and integrity in your research.
