Services & Bookings
What services do you offer?
We provide:

One-on-one online consultations: These can be used for proposal planning, defence preparation, chapter structuring, mentorship, accountability, and feedback sessions.

Detailed proposal, dissertation, and thesis reviews: These include detailed, practical, actionable and structured feedback to improve clarity, coherence, argumentation, and scholarly tone.

Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. New clients can book a free 20 minute session to discuss their needs. Fill out the contact form to request a free consultation.
How far in advance must I book?
All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
What is the turnaround time for reviews?
The standard turnaround is 48 hours from the scheduled booking, excluding weekends and South African public holidays. This may vary depending on the length and complexity of your document, as well as the coach's availability.
While we always strive to meet this standard, the coach will always provide communication in the event that there are any unexpected delays.
Fees & Payments
​How much do sessions cost?
One-on-one consultations cost US$85 per hour.
How much do reviews cost?
Document reviews (proposals, dissertations, thesis chapters) are quoted based on word count, starting at US$85 for 0–1600 words.

When do I pay?
Consultations: Pay at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Payments should be made after a client makes a booking on the Aniche Scholar calendar.
Reviews: Pay at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking. A payment should only be made once the coach has confirmed availability and an official quote has been provided via email.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made through Paystack, PayPal, and direct bank transfers (SWIFT).
What happens if I do not pay on time?
Unpaid bookings are automatically cancelled.
Confidentiality
How is my information and work protected?
All client documents and personal information are handled with strict confidentiality. Files are securely stored in Google Drive with encryption, and only authorised consultants have access.
Do you share client work with third parties?
No. Client work is never shared with anyone outside the company. We do not collaborate with third-party services, and your work remains strictly private.
Can I request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes. We can sign an NDA upon request, or you may provide your own. This formalises confidentiality commitments for added assurance.
How is data transmitted securely?
All communications and file transfers use secure, encrypted channels, ensuring your information remains protected during submission and review.
Who has access to my documents?
Only authorised staff working on your project can access your files. Access is restricted and monitored to maintain confidentiality.

Ethical Guidelines
& Service Scope
Do you write papers or complete assignments for clients?
No. We strictly adhere to university ethical guidelines. Ghostwriting, content creation, or custom paper writing will never be offered at Aniche Scholar. Our services focus on supporting students to develop their own research.
What is the goal of your services?
We aim to help clients gain confidence, feel proud of their work, and become independent researchers. This is achieved through ethical guidance, and structured feedback.
Do you guarantee grades or academic outcomes?
No. While we aim to provide high-quality feedback, grades depend on the originality of your work, your successful implementation of all feedback, adherence to university guidelines, and your overall effort.
Do you offer proofreading, editing, or statistical analysis?
No. We focus on research clarity, coherence, argument strength, and critical analysis, not basic proofreading, editing, or statistics.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost. Send your request in writing to helloaniche@gmail.com

What if I cancel late?
Cancelling less than 24 hours before a session or document review will incur a 50% fee.
Missed sessions are non-refundable.
Are delivered services refundable?
No. Once a service has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
When should I submit my documents?
Documents must be submitted at least two hours before a scheduled review.
What is expected of clients during consultations?
Clients are expected to join sessions or submit documents on time, respect the agreed upon schedule, engage professionally and courteously, and communicate clearly and promptly throughout the consultation process and coaching relationship.
What behaviour is not tolerated?
Harassment, discrimination, impoliteness, aggression, or requests for plagiarism, ghostwriting, content creation, or any form of academic dishonesty may result in immediate termination of services.
What is my role in achieving successful outcomes?
The success of your work depends on your engagement, responsiveness, and careful implementation of feedback. Seeking clarification when needed and ensuring your work follows academic integrity principles are also essential for achieving strong, credible results.
Are there limits to the services provided?
We do not provide ghostwriting, content creation, or any work that violates academic integrity. Our role is to guide, support, and enhance your own research skills.
