Note:
To avoid pressure, allow for an extra 1 – 2 weeks for revisions before submitting your final document to your supervisor
Changes or cancellations of bookings, made less than 24 hours, incur a 50% penalty
Review and Feedback Timeline
Documents up to 10 000 words: reviewed within 48 hours, depending on coach availability and complexity of document
Longer documents: reviewed in 3 – 5 working days, depending on length and scope
Feedback includes detailed track comments, suggestions, and explanations
After Receiving Feedback
Review the document with the comments
Ask follow-up questions via email if needed
Book an optional one-on-one session to discuss feedback
Revise your work based on the suggestions
